Tuscany, ItalyEarthy, sausage, tobacco, white pepper, waxy, black cherry jam, floral, spicy, cassis aromas. Rich, full, round, suave and juicy palate with perfectly ripe tannins. Savoury, black plum, black cherry, peppery, tobacco, smoky, meaty, licorice and vanilla flavours. Long, full, juicy finish with fine balance. Needs 3-5 years but fine drinking now, one of the best we have tasted and showing extreme elegance for sangiovese.
