Tuscany, ItalyClassic earthy/meaty, cedar, vanilla, black cherry and earthy savoury aromas. Rich, round, dry, slightly grainy tannins with fresh acidity. Smoky, mushroom, peppery, vanilla, smoky, black cherry, cedar, earthy, meaty flavours. Good concentration but very young with some youthful tannins to shed. Needs 5-7 years or serve with grilled beef with rosemary.
