Black Sage Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2011

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCool savoury, tobacco ash, herbal, leafy, peppery nose with sappy cassis and coffee aromas. Fresh, easy, slightly lean palate with light tannins mixed with cedar, black olive, coffee, resin and tomato paste flavours. Reasonable balance with some tea tannins on the finish but all in all a good effort in a tough year. Try this with grilled meat to smooth out the edges.Tasted: 02 December 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
