Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPeppery, earthy, black cherry, liquorice nose with hints of sausage meat. The attack is dry and fresh the palate juicy lean but elegant with smoky, peppery, rhubarb, licorice, rooty, lees flavours.
