Black Hills Syrah 2011

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis wine is beginning to settle in at Black Hills offering a peppery, smoked meat nose with sweet cherries punching through form underneath. The palate is similar with a slick glossy underbelly and smooth sweet tannins. More elegant than monster you can enjoy the sweet, smoky meaty fruit flavours that runs from the front to the back of each glass. A cool style of syrah that works well with food. A leg of lamb would be a super match.Tasted: 12 October 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
