Black Hills Syrah 2010
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA nice follow-up to last year's premiere release. The nose is multi-dimensional with notes of pepper, smoke summer sausage and black cherry. The attack is similar with more smooth elegant restrained fruit sporting cola, cocoa, black cherry fruit. Think pork tenderloin or lamb chops and you can drink now otherwise hold five years for best results.Tasted: 16 October 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $35.00 | 750ml | winery direct and private wine shops |
