Valle de Aconcagua, Region de Aconcagua, ChileThe Max Reserva cab is a mix of several sites at Max I, Max II, Max III and Max V vineyards aged a year in mostly French. Only 20% of the wood is new. Typically fresh, cassis and mint mark the nose of this cabernet with flecks of spice and dried herbs. The attack is round with aromatic red and black fruits with balsamic notes and firm tannin.
