Valle de Aconcagua, Region de Aconcagua, ChileTasted several times the latest bottle now with some age is showing and drinking well. The nose is all Chile with a sappy cassis, minty, bay leaf notes and black olive undercurrent. The palate is round and dry with cassis, chocolate vanilla and licorice root now smoothing out the back end. A solid cabernet that would be perfect with steaks.
