San Carlos, Central Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaPeppery, liquorice, smoky, floral, boysenberry, black cherry, barnyard and vanilla aromas. Dry, full, elegant and juicy with some tight tannin on the palate. Black pepper, licorice, coffee, tobacco, floral, chocolate, roasted herb, orange and black cherry flavours. Good finesse and fruit but needs 4-5 years to soften the somewhat chewy tannins on the finish.
