Skaha Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig five spice, mocha, vanilla, wild game, peppery, black cherry jam, meaty, tobacco and barnyard aromas. Ripe, rich, fresh, round palate with good texture and acidity. Spicy, savoury, vanilla, coffee, licorice, smoky, tobacco, black tea, roast meat flavours with a bit black tea tannin on the finish. Suave, fresher style with good intensity but still with a fair bit of oak showing.
