Priorato, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainVery spicy, black pepper, black liquorice, cherry jam, smoky, leather, prune plum, savoury, meaty, barnyard aromas, shows good complexity. Ripe, full, round, supple palate with good acidity and freshness. Plum jam, black cherry, boysenberry, peppery, tobacco, olive, liquorice, orange, spicy herb flavours with some peppery chocolate on the finish. A bit hot and fresh but has good fruit and finesse.
