Naousa, Makedonia, GreeceVery earthy, peppery, clove, black cherry, licorice, meaty, smoky, dried herb aromas. Dry, tight, supple, medium bodied palate. Smoky, peppery, rooty, earthy, black cherry, clove, dried sage, vanilla, coffee, leather flavours. A bit lean but lots of stuffing for grilled meats.
