Chateau Haut Brion 2007
Pessac-Léognan, Graves, Bordeaux, FrancePrune, cherry, spicy, herbal, olive nose with bits of barnyard, leather, iron and meaty, cedar, tobacco aromas. Round, supple, fresh, slightly tannic palate but with excellent finesse. Cedar, cassis, cherry, herbal, spicy, coffee, earthy, leather, iron, olive, meaty, barnyard flavours. Very classy and true to style with some good finesse and aging potential, perhaps 5-10 years.
