Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Southern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceSmoky, meaty, spicy nose of black cherry, tobacco, garrigue with licorice root, leather, plum jam, orange peel and chocolate notes. Ripe, round, rich, smooth, suave palate but warm with big extract. Kirsch, black cherry jam, meaty, leather, coffee, peppery, vanilla, tobacco, liquorice flavours. Great fruit and finesse in a warm, forward style.
