Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA new rosé from Stag's Hollow with its eye of the partridge colour promises berries and orange blossom on the nose and deliver both on the palate with just a hint of sweetness. A bit on the bigger style with some alcohol it is best served with summer salads.
