Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPeppery, savoury, sausage meat, vanilla, floral, licorice, tea leaf, tobacco aromas. Round, supple, dry palate with light tannins and very fresh acidity. Coffee, smoky, bacon, floral, sausage meat. licorice root, savoury, orange peel, blackberry jam flavours. Very warm, somewhat tart finish with some tobacco leaf notes. Best with grilled beef.
