Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Southern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceAll the different grapes are harvested and fermented together and barrel fermented. Floral, spicy, honey, apricot, vanilla, lemon, mineral, ginger, almond aromas. Rich, ripe, round, elegant and fresh palate with a light oily texture, quite delicate. Spicy, mineral, chalky, floral, apricot, ginger, quince, citrus, nutty flavours. A tad warm but very good finesse and balance, long and fresh. Only 10 barrels made.
