The attack is rich with good acidity balance. Smoky, peppery, spicy, coffee, chocolate, clove, meaty, boysenberry, cedar flavours grab the palate with bits of olive and rosemary on the finish. Big rich and warm but with balance and finesse and flavour intensity. Drink now or over the next 5 years.
