Apalta Valley, Santa Cruz, Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileDark cherry colour. Intense licorice, smoky, peppery, gamey, black cherry, vanilla, saddle leather, garrigue nose. Rich, round, dry, fat and succulent hillside syrah. Very warm with big black cherry, vanilla cola, peppery, gamey fruit mixed with sweet roasted pepper, licorice root and ash. Long and fairly intense with very grippy tannins.
