Adelaide Plains, South Australia, AustraliaSpicy, plum pudding, vanilla, licorice, Christmas cake, mocha, tobacco, clove, coffee, five spice aromas. Dry, tart, hot and somewhat astringent but good concentration. Tobacco ash, black olive, vanilla cream, coffee, smoky, black berry jam, minty, meaty, plum flavours. Good concentration but finish is short, hot and tart with some green oak tannins showing.
