Mitolo Serpico Cabernet Sauvignon 2006
McLaren Vale, South Australia, AustraliaSerpico is another air-dried Mitolo cabernet the theory being it concentrates the flavour by 30 per cent. It's plenty rich and dense and much fatter than the 06 Jester cabernet. Look for big chocolate and black fruit flavours with bits of liquorice, leather and coffee.
