Western Cape, South AfricaBig meaty, sausage, sweaty saddle leather, tobacco, resin, earthy, dried lychee, rooty aromas. Rich, round, dry, supple palate with smooth tannins. Spicy, orange peel, black raspberry, tobacco, licorice, bacon, smoky leather, resin, sausage and chocolate flavours. Very warm, somewhat tart, edgy finish but full. Best with food.
