Minervois, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceVery peppery, tobacco, sausage meat, saddle leather, floral, black cherry, rooty, cedar aromas. Dry, round, slightly chunky palate but good intensity and light tannins. Spicy, white pepper, cedar, tobacco leaf, cassis, black cherry, and meaty, orange peel flavours.
