Western Cape, South AfricaThe Wolftrap blend has altered over the years the current blend is a mix syrah, mourvèdre and viognier. The result is that murky smoky animal nose with floral bits. The entry is soft and round with smoky, cherry, blueberry mineral flavours flecked with pepper earth and leather.
