Western Cape, South AfricaSmoky, spicy, black cherry, plum, chocolate, floral, meaty aromas. Dry, tart, slightly lean entry but juicy with smoky, cassis, cherry, mineral, peppery, ginger flavours. Good fruit intensity but finish is too acidic to sip without grilled meat.
