Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaPeppery, resin, tobacco leaf, stewed plum and kirsch, mineral, floral, rooty, sausage nose with a minty, metallic note. Round, rich, supple, elegant palate with light tannins but very warm. Big plum jam, spicy, licorice, vanilla, coffee, kirsch, chocolate, chalky, tobacco flavours.
