Tinhorn Creek Cabernet Franc 2005
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe '05 tasted alongside the '04 appears slightly coarser with red currant /cranberry fruit with a leafy underside. The entry is sweet and slightly acidic. The textures are smooth and flavours with raspberry, resin and chocolate flecks throughout. Youthful under screwcap and should improve with another six months in bottle.Tasted: 19 November 2007Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $17.00 | 750ml | specialty listing, vqa and private wine shops |
