Tinhorn Creek Cabernet Franc 2004

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSlightly riper nose than in 03 with black fruit and the customary, earthy, leafy undercurrent. The entry is smooth and rich with a peppery vanilla resiny leafy palate with dabs of red fruit. Best with food to tame the herbal edge. An affordable franc that needs more texture and weight in the finish to soar.Tasted: 19 November 2007Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
