Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaSome 45 per cent aged in new French oak barrels, Entity boasts a peppery, bacon, smoky, meaty, floral, boysenberry, black berry nose. Ripe, round, supple and smooth with good finesse. Spicy, black cherry, licorice, gamey, vanilla, smoky, garrigue, and blackberry flavours. Good finish and length but a bit young and slightly tart on the finish. Needs two to four years more bottle time.
