Burgoyne Valley, Salt Spring Island, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaSpicy, worsteshire, black cherry, rhubarb, meaty nose with some tobacco leaf and soy underneath. Soft, round, supple palate but slightly flat and tart. Rhubarb, tobacco leaf, sour cherry, rootsy, compost, gamey flavours. Simple, forward style.
