Gray Monk Pinot Auxerrois 2006

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe '06 Twenty Fifth Anniversary Pinot Auxerrois has gone sweet as in super sweet. It's fresh and clean but with a lot of sweet, grapefruit and red apple flavours. You really need to chill this down if you are serving solo on the patio. Otherwise I suggest you pair it with some spicy Asian or Indian dishes and use the sweet fruit to tame the heat in the food.Tasted: 21 July 2007Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
