William Fèvre Les Clos Chablis Grand Cru 2004
Chablis, Burgundy, FranceCitrus, floral, light honey, waxy, pear, baked apple, flint, lemon lime nose. Round, fresh, rich, fresh acidity but good concentration. Fresh, juicy, succulent palate with green apple, lime, honey, light vanilla, lees, butter, flinty mineral flavours. Very good length and balance, will need time. Just a slight green edge when compared to Les Preuses.Tasted: 14 January 2007Tasted by: Stuart TobePrices:BC | $89.99 | 750ml | speculative - Grady Wine Marketing |
