William Fèvre Les Clos Chablis Grand Cru 2000
Chablis, Burgundy, FrancePower and minerality is the story of Les Clos. Love the subtle honey and vanilla aromas streaked with ripe red apple, floral, citrus marmalade, lees, grass and chalky mineral notes. Again, richer, rounder and longer than the prior two grand cru but crisp and balanced with good mouth feel. Honey, slightly toasty spicy lees, vanilla flavours with a strong apple, citrus, mineral finish. Elegant, delicate and flavourful. Good future, very well made and balanced.
