William Fèvre Les Clos Chablis Grand Cru 2002
Chablis, Burgundy, FrancePower and minerality is the story of Les Clos and in 2002 this wine has it in spades. Fèvre owns about 16 per cent of all the Les Clos made and they are certainly protecting its reputation. Look for a generous, ripe red apple, floral, citrus nose with hints of hazelnuts in the background. This is very rich and long with fine underlying minerality. Chablis at is best and will hold for the next five to seven years.Tasted: 17 June 2004Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $72.61 | 750ml | Specialty |
