Villa Antinori Toscana Rosso 2002
Tuscany, ItalySmoky, pruny, gamey, sweaty saddle leather, black cherry, tobacco nose. Rich, dry, slightly chunky and tight palate. Peppery, smoky, prune, chocolate, resin, mineral, vanilla flavours with a distinctly meaty, cassis note on the finish. A bit chunky but very good effort for the vintage.
