Carmen Syrah Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2003
Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileA 50-50 blend that opens with a meaty, spicy, coriander, floral fruit nose spiked with pepper, cassis, black cherry, menthol and licorice root. Rich and round with grainy tannins. Warm palate with lots of cassis, black cherry, peppery, minty, meaty, and vanilla and coriander flavours. Long with good fruit but some tannin to shed.
