Carmen Syrah Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 1999
Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileDeep colour. Roasted black cherry and cassis nose with a hint of vanilla and licorice. Meaty spicy ripe cassis flavours on the palate with a thread of cherry fruit too. Still some tannin but good intensity and should be perfect in three years.
