Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileBig spicy, peppery, blueberry, blackberry and cassis fruit nose with meaty, gamey, saddle leather and leafy olive aromas. Both complex and intense. We love the rich, round, fat and intense flavours of cassis, pepper, black olive, game and smoky vanilla mixed with mocha, black cherry, tobacco/mint and leather. No lack of intensity here and will benefit from a few years of aging. Try with a buffalo/bison steak.
