The property extends from the foothills around the medieval village of Bolgheri down to the sea. Look for spicy, gamey, meaty, peppery, blackberry fruit with roasted pepper and prune aromas and a bit of saddle leather. Dry, somewhat lean entry with tight tannins. Cedar, black plum, smoky, meaty, peppery, savoury, bitter chocolate and cassis flavours.
