Michele Chiarlo Barolo Cannubi 2000
Piedmont, ItalyCoffee, smoky, cigar, black cherry, truffle licorice aromas with some peppery vanilla, saddle leather notes. Dry, round, elegant style with supple tannins. Very spicy, vanilla, black cherry, licorice, smoky cigar flavours with some plum and tar on the finish and mushroom. Nice finesse and length but not big and has fairly soft acidity.
