Stag's Hollow Renaissance Pinot Noir 2002

Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaVery peppery, smoky, sour cherry, vanilla, earthy aromas, not particularly varietal. Soft, round and smooth but very dry and warm with some tannins. Smoky, resiny, licorice rootsy flavours with some sour cherry and bitter almond on the finish. Sound but overall lacks varietal definition and ripe fruit softness.Tasted: 06 September 2004Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
