The wine opens with a tight peppery, spicy, smoky nose lace with coffee cola aromas and blackberry, cassis jam and vanilla clove. It's very ripe and round with supple tannins and a touch of heat (alcohol). Cassis jam, smoky, vanilla, pepper, leather and blackberry all mark the flavours.
