Valle de Aconcagua, Region de Aconcagua, ChileSelected fruit for the 2000 Seña comes off the best cabernet sauvignon vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. Look for a cool cabernet nose with smoky saddle leather, green bean, wet cedar boughs, and earth, cassis and vanilla aromas. On the palate it's big and hot with more peppery, smoky, vanilla, cherry cola flavours and some green olive and resin notes. The finish is dry and tannic with substantial astringency at this point.
