Maremma, Tuscany, ItalyLook for gamey, spicy, peppery, smoky olive aromas with a touch of vanilla and plum jam. Dry and lean with tight tannins but an elegant structure. Peppery, spicy, earthy, herbal olive flavours. This will require a few years to soften the tannins but also could use a bit riper fruit character.
