Bordeaux, FranceThe Cadet rouge mixes grapes from Cotes Bourg, Cotes de Blaye, Cotes de Franc and Entre-Deux-Mers. A normal blend would feature about 55 percent merlot, 30 percent cabernet sauvignon and 15 percent cabernet franc.
