Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileThe reserve version has better colour and the nose is spicier with more sweet vanilla tones coming from the oak. There are plenty of spice cherry and dill aromas in what is a fairly dry and leaner merlot on the palate. Quite French in style, with better vanilla and orange spice in the finish.
