Montalcino, Siena, Tuscany, ItalyTasted at the San Francisco launch of Luce in November 1997. Very much a Tuscan wine. The fruit is fairly tight and restrained giving the wine an overall lean character. Look for more of an earthy character with some vanilla in the finish.
