Champagne, FranceVery fine, persistent mousse. Toasty, earthy, floral, green apple, lemon aromas. Full mousse on the palate, very round and rich. Creamy, raspberry, floral, citrus flavors with a crisp finish. Lovely acidity, balance, and length. Great now but will benefit from future aging.
