This year resolve to drink better

In wine, moderation and mindfulness is key, as is education, and exploration.

Instead of strident resolutions you won’t stick to this January, resolve to drink better. Pay attention one glass of honest, authentic, interesting wine with dinner rather than downing a few glasses of plonk mindlessly. You needn’t spend heaps of money to find bottles to transport you around the globe, though I recommend investigating your local private wine stores for the most diversity. In our Top 10 below, I encourage you to welcome new grapes, regions, and styles into your drinking vocabulary. Here’s to a year of drinking mindfully, and smartly.
