Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceThe vines are grown sustainably, and the blend is mostly grenache, with additions of syrah and mourvèdre, and aged in stainless steel. Like the entry, the colour is light, with aromas of red fruit, pepper, and thyme. On the palate, black plum, raspberries, and boysenberries lead into a long finish with structural tannins that aren’t too sticky. The finish brings a garrigue storm of dried herbs and meaty notes.
